1. Initial Information Call or Online Meeting Your journey begins with a personalized information call or online meeting. During this session, we will discuss the basics of epigenetics and how our coaching can benefit you. This is a great opportunity to ask any questions and understand the steps involved in our process.
2. Receive Your DNA Kit Following the initial meeting, I will send you a DNA kit. This kit is designed to be simple and easy to use. It includes everything you need to provide a sample, which consists of just 3 drops of blood.
3. Collect and Send Your Sample Using the DNA kit, you will collect your blood sample. Detailed instructions are included to ensure the process is straightforward. Once your sample is ready, send it back to our partner laboratory using the prepaid envelope provided.
4. Receive Your Personalized Report Within 2 weeks of sending your sample, you will receive a comprehensive report via email. This report will provide detailed insights into your genetic makeup and epigenetic markers, highlighting areas where you can make impactful changes.
5. Personalized Consultation and Recommendations After reviewing your report, we will schedule a follow-up consultation to discuss the findings. During this session, I will provide personalized recommendations tailored to your unique genetic profile. These recommendations may include dietary changes, lifestyle adjustments, and other strategies to help you optimize your health and well-being.
6. Additional Coaching for Lifestyle Change For those seeking ongoing support, I offer additional coaching sessions. These sessions are designed to help you implement the recommended changes, monitor your progress, and make adjustments as needed to ensure lasting results.
